2.      Who can qualify for the Platinum Leadership Award category?

3.      Does the nominee for Platinum Leadership Award category need to have worked in the same organisation for a minimum of 5 years?

No, the nominee does not need to be in the same organisation for the mininum period of 5 years. Per the eligibility, the individual must have contributed to the organisation and sector.

4.      Can we submit nominations more than the cap stipulated?

Nominations for the Individual Awards are strictly capped based on the tiering outlined here to ensure that individual nominees are given fair opportunity to be considered for the award. This allows the selection committee to effectively review each candidate and select the most outstanding and deserving individuals. Submissions beyond the stipulated cap will not be accepted.

5.      Is there a cap limit on how many Team awards to submit per organisation?

There is no cap limit to the number of Team award submissions per organisation.

6.      Can we submit our nominations without having to list them in order of merit?

Listing your nominees in order of merit would provide the most outstanding and deserving nominees with a fair opportunity to be considered for the award. Your organisation knows the nominees best and will be able to rank them accordingly.

7.      What would be the basis for which CCOs can use to determine order of merit?

CCOs should use the award criteria in the nomination form as a reference to determine the order of merit. CCOs may also use their discretion and familiarity with the nominees’ contributions to finetune the ranking.

8.      Can we have the various branches/sites submit?

Centralising the submissions by parent organisation/HQ helps to ensure oversight and consistency in determining outstanding and deserving nominations across the organisation. Only your designated point-of-contact (POC) would have access to the online nomination portal where nominations are to be submitted.

9.      May we nominate multiple POCs?

With effect from 2024, the parent organisation/HQ of Community Care organisations (CCOs) will designate a point-of-contact (POC), who will submit both Individual and Team nominations using the online nomination portal. Therefore, we encourage parent organisations to nominate 1 POC who will coordinate with the organisation's sites/branches.

10.      How do we seek an extension to the submission dateline?

Late submission or revision to the submitted nomination forms will not be accepted after the closing date and time – 11 Apr 2025, 5pm.

11.      Can we submit our nominations via an excel sheet?

All submissions must be done via the online nomination portal. Parent organisations/HQs appointed POCs are encouraged to attend the webinar on 25 February 2025, where information on how to use the online nomination portal will be shared.

The project duration may be less than a year. However, the project end date needs to be within the qualifying period.
