Terms & Conditions 

The information below should be used as a guide to support you in submitting your nominations. Please read all the information provided before submitting. 

1. The nominee must fulfil the respective minimum criteria to be eligible for award nomination.  ​ 
2. The nominee for Platinum Leadership Award category should not have received national level awards, such as the National Medical Excellence Award (NMEA) (Individual or Team), Public Administration Medal (Gold) or higher, and Presidential Awards (President Science Technology Awards, President Nurse Awards) for healthcare related contributions. 
3. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee the award. Submissions are evaluated based on the strength of justifications in the written submission and accompanying supporting documents. The nominee or Team may be asked to be interviewed by the selection committee, if required. The decision by the selection committee shall be final. 
4. All submissions must be done via the online nomination portal by the stipulated closing date. Only completed submissions will be accepted.​ 
5. ​The nominee for Gold or Silver Award should not have received the same award in CCEA 2024.​ However, Silver Awardees from the previous year may be nominated for the Gold Award if the nominee meets the minimum criteria.​ 
6. Nominations for Gold Award will not be considered for the Silver Award.​ 
7. Nominations for the Individual Awards are capped strictly based on the tiering outlined.
8. The nomination must be endorsed by CEO or Head of Organisation. 
9. Submitted materials may be used by AIC for publicity purposes.  
10. By submitting nominations, this will be deemed as consent to the requirements outlined above.​
